Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your tote bag, you can request for a refund.
Please email us at info@theclassictote.com within 14 days with your order number and we will guide you from there.
All items must be in original condition as such:
- Unused, unwashed and in original packaging
- In brand new condition, with all tags still attached
- Free of any stains (e.g make up) or scents
If the returned item meet the above requirements, refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment. It should reflect in your account within 3-7 business days.
Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for refunds.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless in the case of defects.
Wrong/defective item
We're so so sorry in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective piece! In that case, please email us at info@theclassictote.com within 14 working days from date of receipt and we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund. The refund should reflect in your account within 3-7 business days.

However, do note that manufacturing inconsistencies within 5cm from our given measurements are not considered a defect! Due to the nature of canvas, minor threading and colour offset are inevitable and not considered a defect.
