Please double check your order before checking out as order cancellations or changes are not allowed in order to streamline our operations. As we want our customers to receive their orders as soon as possible, the fulfilment process begins the moment an order is received. It would be difficult for us to cancel your order in time.

Due to logistical reasons, we are unable to provide one to one exchanges for now. We recommend returning your item and placing a new order 🌸

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your tote bag, we're happy to help.
Please do not cut off the tag and ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging in order for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless in the case of defects.

We're so so sorry in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective piece! In that case, please email us at info@theclassictote.com within 14 working days from date of receipt and we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund. The refund should reflect in your account within 3-7 business days.

However, do note that manufacturing inconsistencies within 5cm from our given measurements are not considered a defect! Due to the nature of canvas, minor threading and colour offset are inevitable and not considered a defect.

Things to do
- Prepare a mixture of dish soap and water in a bowl by combining them.
- Take a damp cloth and dip it into the solution.
- Use the damp cloth to clean the dirty spots on your tote, applying gentle pressure in a circular motion.
- After cleaning, allow your tote to hang or air dry.
Things NOT to do:
- Avoid placing your tote in the washing machine or dryer.
- Refrain from soaking your tote.
- Do not use an iron on your tote.

We're excited for you to receive your totes too! We aim to ship your parcel within 1-3 working days.
For orders within the continental United States, it'll take between 7-12 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
For international orders, it'll take 5-20 business days, depending on where you live. Click here for more details!
We have chosen to utilize the most cost-effective shipping rates offered by Priority Mail International. The delivery timeframe can vary between 5 and 20 business days, depending on your location (excluding Sundays and holidays). Please note that due to variations in international customs procedures, there is no specific guaranteed delivery time, and The Classic Tote cannot assume responsibility for any packages shipped via this method once they have departed from our warehouse. If you experience any tracking difficulties or non-receipt of your package, kindly reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a complaint report. Depending on the total value of your order, we may opt for a shipping method that necessitates a signature upon receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on import taxes and custom fees as it's dependent on the destination country's import laws. We have no control over import fees and are unable to declare a lower value for your parcels. Please check with your local post office or refer here on the fees that you may incur.
In the event that you are charged with import fees and do not wish to make the payment, the parcel will automatically be disposed and no refunds will be issued.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, be free of any stains (e.g make up) or scents, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless in the case of defects.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
If the returned item meet the requirements of the refund policy, refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment. It should reflect in your account within 3-7 business days.
